Interested in learning how to make a DELICIOUS, gut-healing (probiotic), immunity-boosting slaw that is great in tacos, as a soup or salad topper and on its own as a condiment?

You will leave this 2-3 hour class with two quarts of slaw and solid understanding of the basics of fermentation.

This is the perfect time to learn this immunity-boosting skill – as we move into cold and flu season!
