From the ground up: Volunteer. Build a movement.

You’ve never been one to sit back and watch when something really great is taking shape. You jump in with both feet. You dig in. You are energized by others who are ready to change the world, starting in their own backyard. You are a change-maker in your own unique way, and because of that we know you’ll be a perfect fit for the team…

Are you ready to get in at the ground level? To be the roots of this grassroots movement?

Is this you?

Team Coordinators:

You would be responsible for planning coordination of one of the key areas such as DIY kids, first aid, environment, site management, attendee hospitality, and food service. You will also manage a few volunteers, and work as part of a larger team of festival organizers. We’ll be counting on you to provide weekly reports, to manage and work within a budget, and participate in team coordinator meetings. Each coordinator receives a complimentary ticket and lunch for the festival and is invited to join us post-festival for a catered VIP dinner.

Festival-day Volunteers:

You commit to spending a half-day shift on one of our key teams the day of the festival. Tickets for the festival are reduced to half price for you. You are invited to join us for the post-festival catered VIP dinner.

You’ll find more detail on all of the positions below, and if you have any questions let us know and we’ll answer them. We are glad to see you digging in.

Warmly,
Adrienne Percy & Kris Antonius
